Sales and Marketing Manager with multi-site responsibility for an award-winning luxury Hotel Group, £45,000 to 50,000 salary with company benefits!

Our client is a highly regarded Luxury Hotel group with multi- rosette, award winning and eclectic hotel and restaurant operations. They require a very experienced, highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to take on a multi-site role based in a stunning part of the Yorkshire Dales.


This is a senior management position and will require you to work with the Managing Director and marketing team to create and enhance a 5 year strategic marketing plan for the group. You will manage the sales and marketing team to achieve the agreed targets and margins through analysis, knowledge and leadership. You will be required to ensure the further business development of the group, maximising key revenue streams and enhancing others through a combination of experience and out of the box thinking! Although based at the primary site in the Dales you will be required to visit the other operations in the group on a regular basis.


The right candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel environment. It is essential that you have proven ability in utilising all areas of social media and digital marketing techniques. Your experience is vital, but so is your drive, enthusiasm and dedication to achieving the targets and goals that are laid out. You will be an expert communicator with the natural ability to represent yourself and the group. 


For the right candidate, an excellent salary of £45,000 to £50,000 is on offer based on relevant experience. A performance-based bonus scheme will be available and in addition around £1,500 annually through gratuities and service charge. Company benefits will include discounted food, drink and hotel stays as well as meals on duty.
