Pub Manager required for recently refurbished independent wet led pub, up to £26,000 per annum package! 

Our client has several pub operations in the Bolton and Bury region, and they are looking to bring in a passionate and enthusiastic pub manager for one of their key sites. The operation is undergoing significant investment, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing pub group in the area

THE ROLE 

As Pub Manager you will manage both the front and back of house team, to further the business in all areas - bar, restaurant and events. You will be a designated key holder with responsibilities for opening and closing, cash handling, food and beverage service, room and event bookings, and pub management duties. You will have a key role in training and motivating a young team who show a lot of promise.

THE PERSON 

You will have experience of working in a senior management role within a similar style of operation preferably with experience of managing new sites. You will have a personality and manner that is conducive to establishing a rapport with the local clientele, as well as working to provide a great environment for your team. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels. 

Ideally you will be already based in the Bolton/Bury area with your own transport. You will have some experience of operating an electronic point of sales system. Experience of using an online booking system and a good knowledge of using social media would be looked upon very favourably. 

BENEFITS 

You will have a starting salary of up to £26,000, with 28 days annual holiday entitlement per calendar year. There is also very strong progression opportunities with the company set for rapid expansion.
