Sous required for this independent boutique Hotel located in North Wales and close to Chester. The role will involve the full day to day running of the venue from menu design and tastings, costings, staff training to head of department meetings. As Sous Chef you will take control of the kitchen, have input into menus, GP targets, stock control, H&S and general kitchen duties. The Hotel is a premium wedding venue but you will also be required to ensure the hotel service runs to a high standard. This is a hands-on role so you must be passionate and be able to lead and develop your team whilst working alongside the Head Chef. The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, hardworking, be able to cope under pressure and will have good communication skills.
