Reception Manager for an award-winning luxury Hotel and Restaurant in the Yorkshire Dales, £24,000 salary with company benefits!
Reception Manager required for a prestigious Hotel group located in a picturesque location in the Yorkshire Dales. Our client is a highly regarded Luxury Hotel group with multi- rosette, award winning and eclectic hotel and restaurant operations. They are renowned for exceptionally high standards in every department in the hotel and the group.
The role will be to take responsibility for the reception and switchboard team of the hotel, ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
Managing a strong and enthusiastic front of house team ensuring that the very highest of standards of customer service are delivered and maintained. You will answer to the senior management team and be the face and focal point for all front of house activity for the hotel.
It is expected that you will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a high-quality hotel establishment. You will be familiar with switchboard operation as well as the use of front of house reservation systems. You will have excellent team leading skills with the ability to coach and motivate your team to excel in customer service.
For the right candidate, a salary of £24,000 is on offer. Company benefits will include discounted food, drink and hotel stays as well as meals on duty, uniform and 28 days holiday based on a minimum 40-hour contract.
